Used for smelting metal purification and filtration, effectively improving casting quality and casting qualification rate. This filter has the characteristics of good high temperature resistance, resistance to metal melt erosion, low gas production, good filtering effect, easy and economical use, etc. During the use of high-silica series casting filters, the filters can be cut into products of any specifications and placed on the parting surface of the sprue. When the box is closed and pressed, if the filter and slag bag are used in combination, the effect will be better.
a .)The refractory degree is as high as 1650 degrees, the strength is high, and the thickness is nearly 3 times that of the iron mesh. It can effectively remove slag inclusions, molding sand falling out, and filter residue in castings.
